DaVinci Custard
7 large eggs 4.27g
1 cup heavy cream 6.64g
1/8 cup water
1/2 cup DaVinci S/F Caramel Syrup
1/2 cup DaVinci S/F English Toffee Syrup
Preheat oven to 375°.
Beat eggs and add all the
rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Pour into individual custard
dishes or 8x8 glass dish or a deep dish glass pie dish.
Place custard dishes or
glass dish into a larger glass dish and pour water into the outer
dish for a water bath.
Cook for 1 hour or until
custard is set. Let cool and then store in the fridge.
If you use an 8x8 glass
dish like I did, let it cool and then cut it into 9 squares.
