Sherrie's Cinnamon Buns

You'll never miss a real cinnamon bun after eating these!

2 Waffles

2 tbsp Powdered Maltitol (Steele's Brand)
1 tbsp cream cheese
1/2 tsp butter

1 tsp water

1 tsp melted butter
cinnamon

Icing: Beat cream cheese, Powdered Maltitol, water, and 1/2 tsp butter with mixer until blended smooth. 

Toast 2 waffles and then drizzle 1/2 tsp butter, 1/2 of the icing, and small amount of cinnamon on the first waffle.  Repeat step with remaining ingredients onto the second waffle. 

Since you don't digest Maltitol there is nothing to count.   So only 2 carbs per serving!
