IN BLACK BEAN SAUCE
1 lb Assorted
seafood: scallop, fish fillet, squid, prawn etc.
1 Red chili
cut into pieces
1/2 cup Onion cut into slivers
2 Spring onions sliced in diagonals
Sauce Mix:
1 tbsp
Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce
1 tbsp Water
1 tbsp Black Bean Sauce Lee Kum Kee brand
Blanch
assorted seafood in boiling water. Drain.
Preheat
non stick pan. Sauté red chili and onions in 2 tbsp oil. Add
assorted seafood and sauce mix. Stir well until heated through.
