Lean ground beef
1 1/4 lb Lean ground lamb
2 eggs
1 tbsp Oregano
1 1/2 tbsp Onion salt
1 tbsp Garlic salt
3/4 tbsp Ground pepper (or more)
1/4 tsp Thyme
3/4 tsp Salt
Mix well and form into hamburger patties and grill.
YOGURT SAUCE
1 c Sour Cream
1 tbsp Mayonaise
1/4 c Finely chopped cucumber
1/4 c Finely chopped onion
2 tsp Olive oil
2 tsp mint
1 tsp Garlic powder
Salt & Pepper
Thinly sliced onion rings
Serve in lettuce leaves instead of pita bread.
