Fudgie Bites
1 cup skim
milk (11 Carbs)
2 boxes
chocolate pudding mix *sugar free cook and serve kind (56 Carbs)
2 squares
unsweetened chocolate (16 Carbs)
1 package
of Philly Cream Cheese ( 8 Carbs)
1 cup chopped
pecans (16 Carbs)
Add the
first 4 ingredients to a non stick pot and cook until smooth and creamy,
then turn off heat and remove from stove. Add nuts and blend well.
Spray a 9 X 12 cake pan with Pam and fold in mixture, spread it out
evenly, then put in freezer. After it's frozen, pop it out of the
pan and cut into 50 pieces and keep in a sack in the freezer to keep
them hard.

50 pieces - 2 carbs per piece
